Welcome to DocBridge, a file processing and document transformation platform operated by MateGrowth LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DocBridge website and services located at www.pdfmastro.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using DocBridge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

DocBridge provides cloud-based tools for file processing, including conversion, analysis, and transformation using both conventional and AI-powered methods.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local laws) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

  • Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, share, or process content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
  • Distribute malware, spyware, or engage in unauthorized access
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without prior written consent
  • Abuse or misuse AI-powered features for generating or analyzing harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Circumvent usage limits, API restrictions, or security features

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. File Handling and Data Usage

  • Uploaded files are processed and automatically deleted within 1 hour unless otherwise indicated.
  • We do not use your files to train AI models unless you explicitly consent.
  • You remain solely responsible for the legality and content of files you upload.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and marks on the platform are the property of MateGrowth LLC or its licensors.
  • You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your files strictly for delivering the Service.

7. Pricing and Billing

7.1 Trial Period

A 48-hour trial is available for 0.50€, providing full access to the service. At checkout, users are informed and required to actively agree that the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial.

7.2 Subscription Plan

By starting the trial, users explicitly authorize a subscription to begin at the end of the 48-hour period. The subscription is billed at 19.99€ per week, with automatic weekly renewals until canceled. Users can cancel at any time through their account settings.

7.3 Payments

All payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store any credit card or payment information.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancelations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Partial subscription periods are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests may be submitted to support@pdfmastro.com and are assessed case by case.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MateGrowth LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MateGrowth LLC and its affiliates harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms, abusing the Service, or creating legal risk.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, excluding conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Clovis, New Mexico.
